What To Expect

  • Schedule your Strategic Deep Dive using the provided link. You will receive a follow up email shortly after with an intake form and a scheduling link.

  • You will receive a follow up email with an intake questionnaire to help me understand your training background, goals, and current challenges. This allows me to review your situation before the session

  • During our 60-minute session we will analyze the key factors influencing your training, nutrition, and recovery, identify the most important constraints, and develop clear strategies moving forward

  • Within 48 hours you will receive a written summary of the session outlining key insights and recommended actions. The session recording will also be provided for your reference (optional)
